Children’s Meditation

The Tuesday/Thursday 10:00 meditation sessions for children and teens aged 8-15 years old begin this week. These are short introduction and 12 minute meditations on mind training. We will practice focusing the attention, a skill that can be used for any activity. This attention skill can benefit focus in sports, musical performance, or academic study, and even mindfulness of behavior and self-control. Encourage your children or friends to join.
